Samsung is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, supported in store through Consultation Lounges e equipped with advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and provide timely support when needed. To minimize device downtime, offsite repairs are offered and backed by an authorized service centre., with the aim to provide a seamless customer journey with Samsung.
