We recently became aware that the battery-operated tea lights used in the sports themed torch craft activity at Macquarie Centre on 1 August 2024 do not meet the mandatory standards for products containing button batteries.

For safety reasons, we encourage anyone who received tea lights at this activity to dispose them, along with their cases and batteries.

The safety and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority, and we seek to take comprehensive measures to ensure the safety of every person involved in our activities.

This event was run by an external provider, and we are working with them to clarify from where the tea lights were sourced and what due diligence was undertaken by them in relation to the product.
